Quick answers about how Vidyak works. Can't find yours? Ask our support team.
Yes. You can start on the free plan with no card, and get full, detailed answers to try it out. If you need more videos, quizzes and notes, there are paid plans, and you can see exactly what each includes on the Pricing page.
From any question you can get a clear text answer, an animated video lesson with narration, a practice quiz and a set of flashcards. You can also download an answer as a PDF to revise from.
Answers are matched to the CBSE, UK National Curriculum and Australian Curriculum content. Choose your board and class once and Vidyak tailors what it explains to your level.
Yes. Write your question in English, Hindi or Hinglish and the answer comes back in the same language. For video lessons you can choose English or Hinglish narration in Settings.
Vidyak answers are grounded in real curriculum content, such as NCERT textbooks for CBSE, so they match what is taught in class instead of a generic internet-wide explanation. On top of that, you can turn any answer into a short animated video, a quiz, flashcards or a PDF, all in one place built for how you study.
You can watch real demo lessons without an account. When you want to ask your own question, create a free account with your email.
Start free, then move to Starter or Pro when you need a bigger monthly allowance. You can pay monthly, every three months or yearly, and longer plans cost less per month. Prices are shown in your local currency, and you can buy extra credits without changing plan if you run out.
Payments are not refundable by default, because the service is used as soon as you pay. We do make refunds in a few clear cases: you were charged twice, your payment went through but the plan was not activated, or a problem on our side stopped the service from working. If one of these happened to you, write to us from the Help & Support page. The full details are on the Refund Policy page.
Set your board and class in Settings so answers match what you study. Ask specific questions, like "why does ice float on water?" rather than just "ice". Read the answer first, then turn the tricky ones into a video lesson. After that, take a quiz to check what stuck, use flashcards for definitions and formulas, and download a PDF for last-minute revision. Your Performance page shows the topics you keep missing, so you know what to revisit.
Everything you create is saved to your account. Your videos, quizzes, flashcards and PDFs live in your library, so you can open them again without making them a second time.
Open the Help & Support page, or send us a message through the contact form, and tell us what you were doing when it happened.
